摘要
电力现货市场的旋转备用计划编制不仅需要考虑与电能计划的协调,还需要考虑网络安全约束的限制。深入分析机组电能、旋转备用之间,以及旋转备用调用、网络安全约束之间的耦合关系,提出考虑网络安全约束的电能与旋转备用联合优化模型,最后,基于IEEE-30节点系统的算例验证所提出模型的有效性。
The coordination of power plan and the network security constraints shall be considered in compiling the operation reserve plan for the power spot market.The coupling relationship between electric energy and operation reserve,and that between the operation reserve and network security constraints were analyzed in depth.And then,the joint optimization model of electric power and operation reserve considering network security constraints was put forward.Finally,the effectiveness of the model was verified by a case study on the IEEE30node system.
