摘要
为了改善轮轨严重磨耗问题,现对转向架进行最小程度的机械结构合理优化,并引入单片机主动转向控制系统,从机械和控制两方面实现跨座式单轨列车的主动转向,此外,也制作跨座式单轨列车小比例模型对该主动转向控制系统的控制效果进行验证。实验结果表明,误差允许范围内,引入主动转向控制系统的单轨列车模型相较于未引入的情况,其轮轨受力情况得到一定程度的改善。
In order to solve the problem of serious abrasion of wheel track,some measures were taken as follows:firstly,the mechanical structure of bogie was optimized rationally in a minimum way;and then a single chip microcomputer(SCM)active steering control system was introduced to achieve active steering of the straddletype monorail train from the perspectives of machinery and control;finally,the smallscale model of straddletype monorail train was made to verify the control effect.The experimental results show that,within the error allowable range,the force condition of the wheel track of straddletype monorail train with active steering control system is improved to some extent.
