苏州市50岁以上人群脑卒中危险因素调查分析

Investigation of risk factors of cerebral stroke in people over 50 years old in Suzhou

目的:探讨苏州市50岁以上人群脑卒中的危险因素。方法:选取苏州市姑苏区城北街道50岁以上人口进行整群抽样,并统一进行问卷调查和体格检查。结果:脑卒中患病率为10.4%,男性患病率高于女性患病率,年龄越高患病率越高;非脑卒中者高血压、肥胖、血脂异常等危险因素的暴露率明显低于脑卒中组(P<0.05);年龄、高血压、肥胖、吸烟、饮酒、高血糖、心脏病、脑卒中家族史是脑卒中发病的危险因素。结论:临床防治中应积极调控血糖、血脂、血压等,并积极倡导戒烟,养成良好生活习惯和积极锻炼,以减少脑卒中危险因素,降低脑卒中发病率及病死率。脑卒中;危险因素;

Objective:To explore the risk factors of cerebral stroke in people aged>50years in Suzhou.Methods:Clustersampling was conducted to people aged>50years old in City North Street,Gusu District,Suzhou City,followed by uniform question-naire survey and physical examination.Results:The morbidity of cerebral stroke was10.4%,which was higher in males than that in fe-males.The higher the age was,the higher the morbidity would become.The exposure rate of risk factors like hypertension,obesity andabnormal blood lipid level in people with non-cerebral stroke was evidently lower than that in cerebral stroke group(P<0.05).Age,hypertension,obesity,smoking,alcoholic consumption,hyperglycemia,cardiac diseases and family history of cerebral stroke were riskfactors for the occurrence of cerebral stroke.Conclusion:In clinical treatment,blood glucose,blood lipid and blood pressure should beregulated positively,smoking quitting should be advocated actively,and favorable life styles and active exercises should be established,so as to decrease the risk factors and reduce the morbidity and mortality of cerebral stroke.
