摘要 赤石大桥0号块支架为三角支架形式,单片支架体积大重量大,且位于180 m高空,安装拆除过程安全风险较大,且在施工过程中受到主梁、挂篮、塔柱、下塔柱电梯、上塔柱电梯以及电梯换成平台多种因素的影响,约束条件较多,安装拆除前需制定合理的方案。结合赤石大桥0号块支架安拆施工,介绍此类支架的安拆方法,利用多组卷扬机配合塔吊安全便捷地完成支架的安拆工作。 The support of Chishi Bridge No.0block is the triangular form,with big size and heavy weight and180m off theground,the installation and demolition of the support is a risky work,it is influenced by the beam,movable suspendedscaffolding,bridge pier,elevator and the elevator platform during the work,there are many constraints during the installationand demolition,and need to make a reasonable plan before the installation and demolition.Combined with the installation anddemolition construction of Chishi Bridge No.0block support,we introduced the installation and demolition method of thissupport,using hoists and tower crane to demolish the support safely and convenient.
