摘要
针对巴拿马科隆港集装箱码头(CCT)项目三期二阶段码头改扩建工程中高桩码头整体拆除施工船舶跨国调遣困难、项目工期紧以及传统水下切桩工艺效率低、风险高等难题,进行多种拆除工艺的对比研究,通过对传统绳锯导向架的改进及新型液压剪切桩的成功应用,形成了适用于陆上高桩码头拆除作业的成套工艺,为高桩码头的改扩建尤其是桩基拆除提供了新思路、新技术,为类似工程提供了借鉴。
To counter the difficulties in the integral demolition works of high-pile wharf for wharf reconstructionand extension engineering of Port of Panama Colon Container Terminal(CCT)Phase III Stage2Project,such asdifficult transnational dispatching of construction ships,tight project schedule,low efficiency and high risk of thetraditional underwater pile cutting technique,etc.,this paper carries out a comparative study on various demolitiontechniques.Through the improvement of the traditional wire saw guide frame and the successful application of the newtypehydraulic cutter in pile cutting works,a complete set of techniques applicable to on-land demolition works forhigh-pile wharf forms,which provides a new idea and new technology for the extension project of high-pile wharf,especially for pile foundation demolition works.It also offers reference for similar projects.
