既有区域能源系统扩展规划与减碳实例分析

摘要 以宁波GX区既有区域能源系统扩展规划为实例,针对既有区域能源系统容量不足、现有系统配置单一、运行效率低的问题,介绍了对既有区域能源系统进行扩容和改善的方法,即既有区域能源系统扩展规划方法。该方法包括既有区域能源系统问题分析、需求侧分析、可利用资源评估、区域能源系统扩展四个方面,并提出了"改善负荷特性"及"全系统多指标评价体系"这两个新的概念。分析研究结果为既有区域能源系统的扩展规划提供理论与技术依据。 Taking the expansion planning of the existing district energy system of GX District in Ningbo city as an example,the method to expand the capacity and improve the operation efficiency is presented,i.e.,expansion planning of energy system in existing district,to solve the problems of insufficient capacity,humdrum configuration and low operational efficiency in existing energy system.This method involves problem analysis of existing district energy systems,analysis of demand side,available energy resources assessment and the expansion of existing district energy systems and proposes concepts of improvements of load property and the evaluation system with multi-indexes of the whole system,which can offer planners a viable way to expand existing district energy systems.
