摘要
历经多年的扶贫开发,山西省贫困人口数量大幅减少,创造出综合开发、全面治理等许多行之有效的脱贫模式。各地依据自身条件,培育了一大批优势农业产业,粮食产量和农林牧渔产值有了明显增加,取得了良好的社会经济效益。本文通过对山西省36个贫困县农业产业现状的归纳和实证分析,提出了贫困县相应的农业产业发展路径、特色农业产业的重点发展方向。
In order to accurately identify the development level of agricultural industry from36-Poor Counties approved by Government in Shan Xi and develop realistic anti-poverty program,this article tries to find a scientific way of the development of agricultural industry by choosing value added of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and per capita share of grain possession from rural population as two primary indicators,taking population density and rural population density as two secondary indicators.Based on comparison between36-poor counties approved by government and average value and statistical data of Shanxi in2014with comprehensive comparison method,four different types are drawn as follows:(1)type of both indicators of value added of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and per capita share of grain possession are above the province's average;(2)type of value added of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery is above the province's average but per capita share of grain possession is below the province's average;(3)type of value added of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery is below the province's average but per capita share of grain possession is above the province's average;(4)type of both indicators of value added of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery and per capita share of grain possession are below the province's average.Finally,combined with the situation of population density,on the basis of meticulous analysis of the natural ecological conditions in specific county area,this article put forward a basic framework for exploring the path of agriculture industry and direction for characteristic agriculture industry.
