摘要
入学途径多样化给高职课堂的有效教学增加了难度,如何实现从教法到学法的转变,是教学成效提高的重要途径之一,而自主学习能力在其中起着关键的作用。研究证明:微课与翻转课堂相结合的教学模式对于学生自主学习能力的培养具有积极作用,它能推动学生参与主动式、体验型、弹性化、选择性的学习过程,从而提高自己的学习能力,也有利于就业后的可持续发展。
Nowadays multiple accesses to college give additional difficulties for effective classroom teaching.To solve this problem,transition from teaching to studying is one of the significant means,and autonomous learning ability plays a key role in it.This study is to try to find out the positive role on developing learner autonomy by combined teaching mode with FCM and Micro-lecture,in which students can actively experience learning procedure and can freely decide how much or how or when they learn.Therefore,it may improve their autonomous learning ability,promote their sustainable personal development.
