如何在职业教育中培养“工匠”之才——以飞机铆装钳工专业为例

How to Cultivate the “Craftsman” in Vocational Education——Taking Aircraft Riveting Fitter Professional as an Example

所谓"工匠"是指具有一技之长,掌握一门精湛技艺的专门人才。要实现"中国制造2025"发展战略,就需要大量具备工匠精神的高技能人才。职业教育担负着培养工匠型人才的重任,但目前的职业教育,尤其是高职教育,在教学内容、方法等各个方面还存在着许多不利于学生技能培养的地方。以飞机铆装钳工为例,需要以真实飞机机翼这一部件的制造加工过程为依托编制实训教材,实施真实的项目教学,以小班化的形式开展全面实训教学,才能使学生的钳工技术水平真正得到提高,实现工匠型人才的培养。

So-called“craftsmen”refers to has the skill,grasps the specialized personnel in a masterly craft.In order to realize the“made in China2025”development strategy,we requires a lot of having the spirit of high-skilled talents.Vocational education shoulders the responsibility of training craftsmen type talents,but the current vocational education,especially higher vocational education,the teaching contents,methods and so on various aspects also has weaknesses for students'skill training.Aircraft riveting fitter,for example,need a real aircraft wings based on the manufacturing process of a part of the preparation of training materials and real project teaching,in the form of a small change to carry out the comprehensive practice teaching,to make students locksmith technology to improve,and to real realize craftsman type talent cultivation.
