摘要
制备了磷酸钴锂以及Fe掺杂磷酸钴锂电极材料,并考察了它们的电化学性能。采用纳米球磨技术以及喷雾干燥工艺获得样品前驱体,并通过高温煅烧等手段获得了磷酸钴锂及Fe掺杂磷酸钴锂电极材料。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜以及电化学分析仪等表征手段对材料物相、晶粒形貌和尺寸进行了表征分析和性能测试。研究结果表明,煅烧温度对制备的LiCoPO_4材料的形貌和电化学性能测试有很大的影响。实验获得的纯相LiCoPO_4材料的电化学性能并不理想,而通过掺杂Fe取代Co化学位得到的LiCoPO_4的初始容量和循环性能更好,电化学性能得到了很好的提升。
In this paper,LiCoPO4and Fe doped LiCoPO4electrode materials were prepared and their electrochemical performance were investigated.By using nano ball-milling technology and spray drying to obtain precursor first,and then through high temperature calcination to get LiCoPO4and Fe doped LiCoPO4electrode materials.Using XRD,SEM and electrochemical analyzer for their phase,grain morphology and size to do characterization analysis and performance test.The results showed that the calcination temperature has a great influence on the morphology and the electrochemical performance of LiCoPO4materials.The electrochemical performance of pure phase LiCoPO4was not ideal,but the initial capacity and cycle performance by doping of Fe element into LiCoPO4lattice was much better,showing a certain promotion of electrochemical performance.
