摘要
本文通过对进口食品从产出国到入境流通全过程进行分析,提出一种基于质量安全关键控制点分析的质量安全追溯系统,即从国外生产企业注册系统、国内进口商备案系统、进口食品申报信息、国际承运商信息等可能影响到进口食品质量安全的要素出发,进行追溯信息的收集、使用和监管。系统适用于进口食品企业和相关政府职能部门,通过探索以"互联网+"为手段的新型监管模式,最大程度地降低进口食品安全风险。
Through the analysis on the whole circulation process for imported food,a quality safety traceability system based on quality safety critical control point analysis was proposed,which started from the influencing factors including foreign production enterprise registration system,domestic importer record system,import food declaration information and international carrier information,to conduct the collection,use and supervision of traceability information.This system can apply to import food enterprises and related government departments.Through the exploration of“Internet+”imported food quality safety supervision method,it can minimize the risk of imported food safety.
