摘要
高校是国家创新体系的重要组成部分,结合知识管理理论来构建高校科技创新能力评价模型,以山西省高校为研究对象,运用灰色关联度理论对其科技创新能力进行综合评价,并就结果深入分析,为高校科技创新体系的建设提供新的思路。
University is an important part of national innovation system.Based on the knowledge management theory,the evaluation model of university’s science and technology innovation ability was established by taking Shanxi’s universities as research samples.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted by using the evaluation theory of grey correlation grade theory,and then the evaluation results was deeply analyzed,which provided new ideas for the system construction of university science and technology innovation.
