中文同名图书采访控制研究——以海南大学图书馆为例

Discussion on the Acquisition Control of the Same Name Books of Chinese----Taking Hainan University Library as an Example

根据海南大学图书馆部分中文同名书的收藏数量与利用效果的调查,发现同名书的大量收藏不但降低了藏书质量,而且造成了人力、物力和财力的极大浪费,因而有必要对其进行采访控制。通过利用馆藏目录系统检索书名或采访经验,可以避免同一著者的不同版本的"同种书"的重购订购;通过对不同著者的同名书的著作方式和著者类型进行控制,可保证该类同名书的收藏质量,减少收藏数量,进而有效提高经费的使用效益。

According to the survey on the quantities and using efficiency of same name books in Hainan University Library,this paper found out the large collection of same name books can not only reduce the quality of collections,but also cause a great waste of manpower,material and financial resource.It would be necessary to control the acquisition.Through retrieving the library catalogue system by titles or acquisition experience,it can avoid the repeat order for different versions of the same same book.Through controlling different authors’same name books with the difference in writing style and responsibility type,it can guarantee the quality of the same name books,reducing the quantity,and effectively improved the use efficiency of fund.
