摘要
利用遥感技术及时准确地监测黄河凌情,对于确保黄河防凌安全具有重要意义。在分析当前黄河凌情遥感监测存在问题的基础上,提出建设黄河凌情遥感监测系统,全面提升黄河凌情遥感监测服务能力,对凌情遥感监测系统的建设目标和思路、总体组成等进行思考,初步进行系统设计。
It is of great significance to ensure the safety of Yellow River by means of remote sensing monitoring of Yellow River ice flood.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the remote sensing monitoring of Yellow River ice flood,it is necessary to study and construct the remote sensing monitoring system of Yellow River ice flood and comprehensively enhance the capacity of remote sensing monitoring of Yellow River ice flood.The construction goal,the construction idea and the system composition of the remote sensing monitoring system are discussed.And the system design is carried out.
