3S技术在江苏横山水库勘界划线中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 加强水库空间用途管控非常迫切和必要,而水库管理与保护范围线划定是一项技术性和政策性都很强的工作。3S技术具有宏观、快速、动态、经济等优势,可实现对大范围的地表状态全天候的动态监测。以江苏省大型水库横山水库为试点,利用DEM、遥感影像和实测GPS数据,通过控制点准备,资料收集与预处理,实测测量与校核,相关权益人磋商,反馈修正,最终确定水库"四线"。3S技术的应用可提高数据的获取精度,提高试点水库管理与保护勘界划线问题的解决效率,为下一步构建水库信息化管理和开发利用动态监测提供基础数据支撑,实现动态管理和空间用途监管。 It is urgent and necessary to strengthen the control of the space reservoir use.The delineation of the scope of reservoir management and protection is a technical and policy oriented work.With the advantage of macro,fast,dynamic,economic features,application of3S technology can realize all-weather dynamic monitoring of large scale surface state.This research takes Hengshan reservoir of Jiangsu Province as the pilot.Using DEM,remote sensing images and measured GPS data,through the control point preparation,data collection and pretreatment,measurement and verification,stakeholders consultation and feedback correction,the reservoir“four line”is determined.And the atlas of the demarcation line is made.The application of3S technology improves the accuracy of data acquirement,and enhances the pilot reservoir management and protection efficiency to solve the problem of demarcation line.It provides the basic data support for the construction of reservoir information management and the dynamic monitoring of development and utilization.It is helpful to achieve dynamic management and space use supervision.
