Cultural Public Service System Optimization Matching Model Based on Benefit Cost Analysis

为了改进文化公共服务体系指标体系构建及优化选配方法,以提高文化公共服务体系建设,本文针对公共服务体系优化选配的要素分析,提出了一种效益成本分析的文化公共服务体系优化选配模型。首先根据文化公共服务体系建设的主要参数,建立一套系统和可供推广应用的指标体系,然后建立基于价值工程的文化公共服务体系优化选配模型,提出优化评价指标和计算方法,构建文化公共服务体系优化选配方案。实例仿真实验结果表明,本文的模型从实践角度出发验证了理论的正确性、可应用性和可推广性,是理论研究的补充和完善,理论构建和实例验证相辅相成,缺一不可。
