摘要
采用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTS)对nano-SiO_2进行表面改性。然后采用熔融共混法,以聚丁二酸丁二酯(PBS)、GPTS/nano-SiO_2为改性剂,聚乙烯蜡(PEW)为润滑剂,聚乙二醇(PEG)为增塑剂,改性聚乳酸(PLA),对改性后共混物耐热性、力学性能和流变性能的研究。结果表明,改性的nano-SiO_2加入量为1.5份时,PLA的综合力学性能最好,其拉伸强度为63.4 MPa。PBS和nano-SiO_2的加入并未使PLA复合物的热性能和加工性能降低。
The nano-SiO2was modified by3-Glycidoxypropyltrimethoxy silane(GPTS).Then the modified nano-SiO2andpolybutylene succinate(PBS)were used as modifier,paraffin was used as lubrication gent,polyethylene glycol(PEG)was used asplasticizer to modify PLA by means of melt-blending.The heat resistance and mechanical properties of the modified PLA weremeasured by inferential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and electronic universal testing machine.The mechanical performance testshowed that when the nano-SiO2modified by GPTS was added in an amount of1.5g,the tensile properties of PLA was better.Themechanical tests showed that the heat resistance and processability of of the composite PLA matrix was not decreased afterincorporating PBS and nano-SiO2.
