数字化通风系统研究与实现

摘要 粮食存储时环境温度、湿度等指标的控制非常重要,超出合理范围会导致粮食产生发热、疥变和虫害等问题。设计了一种数字化通风系统,该系统功能全面、通讯距离远,可靠性较高,能及时准确地采集储粮环境温度、湿度等指标的变化情况,并在必要时采取通风等措施,适用于粮食仓储管理,对于保障粮食安全,减少粮食损失有重要作用。 The control of temperature,humidity and other factors is very important in the process of grain storage.Grain mightappear fever,mildew and insect pest etc.if the quotas exceed reasonable range.Design a digital ventilation system with full functionslong communication distance and high reliability,the system can collect temperature,humidity and other indicators of change of grainstorage environment timely and accurately,take ventilation measures when necessary.The system is suitable for management of grainstorage;it plays an important role in ensuring food security and reducing grain losses.
