A Research on the Development of Teachers' Teaching Ability Based on Cultivating Students' Core Competence

核心素养具有具体内容的跨学科性、生成场域的多维互动性以及功能指向的较强针对性等特征。培育学生核心素养,教师理应提升教学设计能力、增强教学交往能力、生成教学研究创新能力等优化课程资源开发与利用的能力。可以通过个体思变、群体聚力、搭建平台、创新机制等路径和提升教师教学能力,培育学生核心素养。

“Core competence”could be defined as the interdisciplinary.The formation of the field of multi-dimensionalinteraction and functional orientation of the strong targeted and other characteristics require students to cultivate“core competence”teachers to enhance teaching design capabilities,enhance teaching ability,to generate teaching research innovation and ability,tooptimize the development and utilization of curriculum resources.Based on this,four paths--“individual thinking”,“grouptogether”,“build platform”,“innovation mechanism”are put forward to improve teachers’teaching ability,and to earnestly cultivatestudents’“core accomplishment”.
