退伍军人的人格特征与应对方式的相关研究

Research on the Relationship between Personality Feature and Coping Style of Veterans

选择某空军部队退伍军人作为研究对象,采用艾森克人格问卷和应付方式问卷进行测量、调查,以研究退伍军人人格特征与应付方式现状,探究二者之间的相关,并提出相应对策。结果发现:(1)这些军人的人格特征与常模有差异,掩饰性、内外向两个因子分值比常模高;精神质、神经质两个因子分值比常模低;(2)这些军人的应对方式与常模也有差异,求助、解决问题两因子分值比常模高;幻想等4个因子分值比常模低;(3)这些军人的人格特征、应对方式的各维度都有不同程度的正负相关。

In order to study the status quo of the personality characteristics and coping styles of veterans,to probe into thecorrelation between them,and to put forward corresponding countermeasures,an air force military veteran was selected as the researchobject and the EPQ(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire)and the coping style questionnaire were used to measure and investigate.Results show that(1)the personality characteristics of these soldiers are different from norm,and the coverability and internal andexternal factors are higher than normal.The two factor scores of mental and neuroticism were lower than normal;(2)there aredifferences between the coping styles of these soldiers and the norm,and the two factors of help and resolution are higher than normal.Fantasy and other four factors are lower than normal;(3)the personalities of these soldiers and the dimensions of coping styles havevarying degrees of positive and negative correlation.
