摘要
基于全桥测量电路原理利用BF350-3AA电阻应变片在铁质悬臂梁上构建重量信号拾取装置,采用集成仪用放大器AD620与集成运放OP07设计了信号放大电路,通过STM32内置A/D模块与串口模块实现了信号的采集与上传。基于最小二乘法建立了重量计算的线性方程式;基于PC机平台设计了数据采集、重量计算、信息存贮GUI界面。经实验测试,在0~500 g量程范围内,绝对平均误差小于0.05 g。
Based on the principle of whole bridge measurement circuit using BF350-3AA resistance strain gauge in the ironcantilever beam on building weight signal pick-up device,using integrated instrument amplifier AD620and integrated op-amp LM324signal amplifier circuit is designed,through the STM32built-in A/D module and A serial port module implements the signalacquisition and upload.Based on the least squares method to establish the weight computation of the linear equations;Based on PCplatform,designed the GUI interface of the data acquisition,the weight calculation and the information storage.Through experimentaltest:within the scope of the range0~500g,average absolute error is less than0.05g.
