基于多元线性回归模型的唐山市建成区面积预测

Prediction of Built-Up Area in Tangshan City Based on Multiple Linear Regressions Model

考虑到建成区面积受多个因素影响,利用MATLAB软件建立多元线性回归模型,并分析其回归方程的总体显著性,参数的显著性及拟合的优度,逐次剔除不显著的回归方程参数后建立多元线性回归方程,然后利用回归方程对建成区面积进行预测,并与实际测量结果对比。结果表明模型能够较准确地预测出建成区的面积值。

Taking into account the built-up area is affected by many factors,multiple linear regression model is built withMATLAB software,whose overall significance,parameters significance and goodness of fit must be tested and non-significantparameters must be eliminated.Then the regression equation can be used to predict built-up area and compare with the actualmeasurements,the results indicate that the model can accurately predict the value of built-up area.
