摘要
本文应用Fluent对不同基座厚度的空调控制器电子模块散热器进行换热性能仿真分析。计算结果表明,在散热器总高不变的前提下,基座厚度为5 mm时,散热器换热性能最佳。通过功耗元件温升实验进一步验证后表明,仿真所得结论与实验结果基本一致。
The heat transfer performance of electronic module radiator of air-condition controller with different foundation thicknesses is simulated with Fluent.Result shows that,as the height is fixed,the radiator has best heat transfer performance at foundation thickness of5millimeter.Through temperature rise experiment of power consumption components,the experimental results are basically proved to be the same with the simulation results.
