摘要
为改进因高频摩擦噪声引起的冰箱噪声异常,本文对压缩机曲轴及活塞销进行改进,去掉现有曲轴上的油孔堵头,配合使用无油槽的活塞销,改善活塞销的润滑。通过这种结构,有效地抑制了高频摩擦噪声,同时使得压缩机整体噪声下降约1.5dB。
In order to reduce the refrigerator noise caused by high frequency friction noise anomalies,the compressor crankshaft and piston pin were improved,removing the oil hole plug of crankshaft and using the piston pin without oil tank.The high frequency friction noise had been effectively controlled by this method,with the1.5dB decline of compressor noise.
