测试标距对聚乙烯双面钢塑复合带力学性能的影响

摘要 采用万能拉力试验机对聚乙烯双面钢塑复合带进行拉伸试验测试,研究了测试标距对聚乙烯双面钢塑复合带力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着测试标距的增加,聚乙烯双面钢塑复合带试样的抗拉强度逐渐下降,断裂伸长率也随之呈线性减小;当试样测试标距增加到一定长度以后,测试标距对聚乙烯双面钢塑复合带抗拉强度几乎没有影响。由于晶界滑移受阻和加工硬化现象,使得聚乙烯双面钢塑复合带的屈服强度与测试标距呈线性正相关关系。 The mechanical properties of PE double surfaces steel-plastic composite belt was tested by the universal tensile testing machine,and the influence of the test gauge distance on the mechanical properties of PE double surfaces steel-plastic composite belt was studied.The results show that the test gauge is increased,the tensile strength of specimens decreased gradually.However,when the test gauge is larger than a certain length,the test scale distance has hardly any effect on the tensile strength of the steel plastic composite belt with double faces.The yield strength of PE double surfaces steel-plastic composite belt is positively correlated with the test scale because of the grain boundary sliding and the work hardening phenomenon.
