摘要
手术在妇科恶性肿瘤治疗中的地位不可小觑,生存率和生育力保存很大程度上依赖于手术的选择。对于保育和肿瘤学结局,肿瘤妇科医生想要两全其美,必然需要掌握保育决策要点,决策中需要充分考虑患者的保育需求和其具体的临床特征,还可以使用一些诸如新辅助化疗和辅助生殖技术来提高保育效果。
Surgery is quite important in the treatment of gynecological malignant tumors.Survival and fertility preservation depend on the choice of operation to a large extent.If doctors want to get both good news of fertility preservation and oncology outcomes,conservation decision points are required.Besides,patients'fertility preservation needs and their specific clinical features need to be fully taken into account.Neoadjuvant chemotherapy and reproductive techniques assisted can be used to improve the effect of fertility preservation.
