摘要 目的探究尤瑞克林对急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能的影响。方法采用随机数表法将青岛市中心医院2016年6月至2016年12月收治的急性缺血性脑卒中患者137例分为对照组(67例)和试验组(70例)。对照组患者采用常规治疗方法,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用尤瑞克林。比较两组患者治疗前后血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)和降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin-gene-related peptide,CGRP)水平,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(activity of daily living,ADL)评分、区域软脑膜评分(regional leptomeningeal score,rLMC)及疗效。结果随访6个月后,两组患者VEGF和CGRP水平均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组患者VEGF和CGRP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随访6个月后,两组患者NIHSS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),ADL评分和rLMC均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05);试验组患者NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分和rLMC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论尤瑞克林有助于急性缺血性脑卒中患者侧支循环的建立,改善受损的神经功能,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the effects of Urinary kallidinogenase on neurological function in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Method137patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Qingdao Central Hospital from June2016to December2016were randomly assigned to experimental group(n=70)and control group(n=67).Control group patients were treated with conventional therapy,experimental group patients were added with Urinary kallidinogenase on the basis of control group.The levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and calcitonin-gene-related peptide(CGRP),the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),daily life ability score(ADL)score,regional papillitis score(rLMC)and efficacy were measured before and after treatment between the two groups.Result After followed-up for6months,the levels of VEGF and CGRP in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of VEGF and CGRP in experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After followe-up for6months,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the ADL scores and rLMC were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of NIHSS in experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),the ADL score and rLMC were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase can significantly help the establishment of collateral circulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke,improve the damaged nerve function.It can improve the therapeutic effect and worthy of clinical popularization.
