晶状体后囊切开术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼疗效观察

Observation of the effect of lens posterior capsulotomy in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma

目的探讨晶状体后囊切开术治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的临床疗效。方法选取本院2015年2月至2016年2月接诊的100例(127眼)原发性闭角型青光眼患者为研究对象。按照随机数表法将入选患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组患者采用晶状体后囊切开术治疗,对照组患者采用激光周边虹膜切开术治疗。观察并比较两组患者手术前后前房深度、眼压、视力及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后前房深度和视力均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),眼压和术后并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论晶状体后囊切开术能够提高原发性闭角型青光眼患者的视力,改善眼压,疗效显著,且并发症少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lens posterior capsulotomy in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma.Method100patients(127eyes)with primary angle-closure glaucoma who were admitted to our hospital from February2015to February2016were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,all patients were divided into observation group and control group,50cases in each group.Observation group patients were treated with lens posterior capsulotomy,control group patients were treated with laser peripheral iridotomy.The anterior chamber depth,intraocular pressure,visual acuity and postoperative complications were observed before and after operation between the two groups.Result After operation,the anterior chamber depth and vision in observation group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),the intraocular pressure and the incidence of postoperative complications were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lens posterior capsulomy can improve the vision and intraocular pressure of patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma,has significant effect and less complications.
