乳腺癌患者术后病耻感现状及影响因素研究

A Study on the Status and Influencing Factors of Stigma for Breast Cancer Patients after Operation

目的了解乳腺癌患者术后病耻感现状,探究导致其病耻感的相关影响因素,为提高临床护理水平及护理研究提供理论依据。方法选取2016年5月~2016年10月期间在湖南省某三家三甲医院接受术后治疗的210例乳腺癌患者,采用问卷方式调查患者的病耻感情况,分析影响乳腺癌患者术后病耻感的高危因素。结果乳腺癌患者术后病耻感各维度总分为(59.02±8.27)分。婚姻状况、职业、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、社会支持水平、手术方式与病耻感显著相关(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者术后普遍存在较强病耻感。且涉及因素多,医护人员应引起高度重视。

Objective To investigate the status of stigma in breast cancer patients and to explore the related influencing factors,and toprovide theoretical basis for improving the clinical nursing level and nursing research.Methods A total of210patients were selected withbreast cancer who underwent postoperative treatment in three top three hospitals in Hunan Province from May to October2016.Using thequestionnaire to investigate the patient's sense of stigma to find out the impact of breast cancer patients with a sense of risk factors.ResultsThe total score of postoperative stigma in breast cancer patients was(59.02±8.27).Marital status,career,educational level,family per capitaincome,social support level,surgical style,and severity of illness were significantly correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a strong senseof stigma in breast cancer patients.And many factors matter,health care workers should be highly valued.
