电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钼矿石中钼镍锌

摘要 采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸处理样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定钼矿中钼、镍、锌3个元素,筛选了不同溶矿方法和仪器参数条件。通过对国家一级钼矿标准物质的分析,测定结果与标准值相一致。测定的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.74%~1.75%。应用于实际钼矿石样品中钼镍锌的测定,回收率为95%~106%。 Simultaneous determination of Molybdenum,Nickel,Zinc in Molybdenum Ores three elements by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry,with Hydrochloric Acid-Nitric Acid-Hydrofluoric Acid-Perchloric Acid treated sample,Screening different dissolution method and instrument parameters conditions.Using the way to be applied in the Determination of national primary standard substance of Molybdenum Ores(GBW07238and GBW07239),the sample determine result is equal to the set point.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)of them is0.74%~1.75%;The Determination applied in the sample Molybdenum,Nickel,Zinc in Molybdenum Ores make the recovery reaching to95%~106%.
