高职院校的校内实训基地是学生进行知识学习和能力训练的重要场所,在当前应用型人才培养中,实训基地的作用日益明显。如何科学有效的对环境与化工校内实训基地进行管理尤为重要。本文旨在将6S管理模式引入到实训基地的管理中,规范实训管理,保证实训教学的规范性、完善性,提升学生素养。

The training base in higher vocational colleges is an important place for students in their knowledge learning and ability training.In the training of applied talents,the importance of training base is increasingly obvious.How to manage the Environmental and Chemical Engineering campus training base scientifically and efficiently is especially important.This paper aims to apply the“6S Management Mode”in the management of training base,in order to standardize the training management and improve the practical teaching and students’quantity.
