Take Advantage of Pro/Ⅱ Software to Simulate the Process of coke dry quenching and syngas making

研究了水蒸汽和焦炉煤气联合熄焦的干熄焦造气工艺,该工艺在熄焦的过程中实现了合成气的生成,降低了熄焦的气料比,省去了循环风机降低了设备和操作费用,生成的合成气可以作为高级燃料、合成甲醇和氨的原料。以PRO/Ⅱ为开发平台,成功的将其用于干熄焦造气过程的开发,为工程设计提供理论支持和数据参考。

This paper Study the process of the coke dry quenching and syngas making,this technology couldgenerate the syngas in the process of coke dry quenching,reduces off ratio of the coolinggas to coke,saves the circulation fan and decrease equipment and operation cost,the syngas could be used as high-rank fuel,and synthesis raw materialsl of the methanol and ammonia.As a development platform for PRO/Ⅱ,the PRO/Ⅱcould successfully apply in the process of coke dry quenching and syngas making for engineering design,which provide theoretical support and reference data.
