A New Pump Barrel Treatment Technology

对泵筒内孔处理的常用工艺之优缺点进行了分析。提出一种新的处理泵筒工艺——碳氮硼共渗,介绍了该工艺所涉及到的渗剂配方、工艺曲线及工艺装备等,同时对其渗层性能及检测方法进行了说明。

in this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used technology in the treatment of cylinder bore are analyzed.In this paper,a new process of treating the pump barrel,carbonitriding,is introduced,and the formula,process curve and equipment are introduced.
