复合氨基酸螯合锌制备工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用复合氨基酸对微量元素锌进行了螯合实验,结果表明,最佳螯合条件为:温度60℃,pH=5,反应时间30min,复合氨基酸与Zn^(2+)配位比2:1。该条件下,螯合率为91.06%、w(Zn^(2+))为12.41%。讨论了pH、配位比、温度等条件对螯合反应的影响。此外,定性实验表明,复合氨基酸螯合锌可与KH_2PO_4、MAP复配。 The chelating experiment was congducted using compound amino acid on the trace elements of zinc.The experimental results showed the optimal operating were temperature60℃,pH5,reaction time30min,and mole ration2:1,between chelating agent and Zn2+.The rate of chelation91.06%and the content of zinc12.41%in these conditions.The optimum process and preparation technology were established,and the condition such as temperature and the ratio of chelating effect on chelating reaction was discussed.In addition,qualitative experiments showed that compound amino acid chelated zinc could be blended with potassirm dihydrogen phosphate(KH2PO4)and monnoammonium phosphate(MAP).
