武汉市交通决策支持平台建设思路与实践

Construction Thinking and Practice of Traffic Decision-Making Support Platform in Wuhan

近年来,城市交通拥堵问题日益严峻,而交通信息化被证明是缓解城市交通拥堵的重要手段。武汉市自2011年以来大力推进交通信息化建设,并以世行贷款武汉智能交通示范项目为契机,加大交通基础设施和信息化平台的建设。该文主要介绍目前正在实施的武汉市交通决策支持平台,该平台定位为一次性打造国内首个面向全市的决策支持平台,以"互联网+智慧交通"为理念,通过与市级交通大数据中心的互联对接,实现从传统数据分析到"互联网+"数据融合分析的转变;通过构建城市交通数据资源库,实现从传统服务器计算到"云计算"的转变;通过搭建市级交通决策支持平台,实现从单路径交通研究向多方位交通决策支持的转变。

This paper introduces the current implementation of the Wuhan traffic decision-making support platform,which is positioned as the first domestic decision-making support platform for the city.By using"Internet plus intelligent transportation"concept,through the Internet docking with the municipal traffic data center,the changes from the traditional data analysis to the"Internet plus"data integrated analysis will be realized;by constructing data resources bank of city traffic,the changes from calculation of the traditional server to"cloud computing"will be realized;by setting up city-level traffic decision-making platform,the transformation from single path traffic research to multiple traffic decision-making system will be realized.
