机载飞行器挂机接口精度设计方法

摘要 针对机载飞行器挂机接口开展精度设计方法研究,根据飞行器与挂架的连接方式及吊耳式挂机接口的结构形式,找出精度要求较高同时又难以保证的两项精度指标:两吊耳间距的精度、吊耳对称面与飞行器对称面的位置精度。通过飞行器与挂架的联合尺寸链精度设计,推导出这两项精度指标极限值的计算公式,所选的精度只要在此极限值范围内即可避免挂装过程中出现干涉、保证挂装协调。最后以某型机载飞行器为例,给出精度设计的计算实例,通过飞行器的顺利挂装验证了精度设计方法的正确性。 This text does research on the accuracy design method for the on-hook interface of airborne aircraft.On the basis of theconnection mode of aircraft and pylon,finds out the two accuracy indicators of high demand and difficult to guarantee:the pitchaccuracy of two suspension lug,the position accuracy of aircraft symmetry plane and suspension lug symmetry plane.Through thejoint dimension chain design of aircraft and pylon,pulls out the calculation formula of the limit value of the two precision indexes.Itcan ensure the coordination of the hanging as long as the accuracy of the selected in this range.Finally taking a certain type aircraft asan example,a calculation example of accuracy design is given.The accuracy of the precision design method is verified by thesuccessful installation of aircraft.
