自适应底座弹射过程附加载荷的半经验预示

摘要 为满足快速判断不同边界条件下某发射车自适应底座的弹射附加载荷的需要,研究某自适应底座弹射附加载荷的半经验预测方法。根据弹射过程自适应底座受力状态分析,建立弹射附加载荷与边界条件的关系;依据自适应底座典型弹射附加载荷曲线形貌对弹射附加载荷半经验计算模型进行修正,根据已有试验数据比对,梳理出其它的弹射附加载荷的影响因素,利用试验数据分别对这些因素进行研究,拟合得到各自的修正公式,最终得到自适应底座弹射过程附加载荷的半经验公式,并给出该半经验公式的一般使用方法。研究结果表明:该方法能够较好地反映弹射附加载荷随环境边界的变化规律,预示偏差不超过30%。 In order to predict the additional load of adapting base during the launching process of missile launching platform in thedifferent boundary conditions quickly,the semiempirical formula of additional load of adapting base during launch is researched.Onthe basis of production mechanism of additional load,the relationship between additional load and boundary condition is set up;thesemiempirical formula is fitted and corrected by the trial curve.On the basis of the comparison with the test data,the influence factorsof the additional load during the launching process are summarized.The factors are studied by the test data,and the modifier formulasof the factors are solved.At last,the semi-empirical formula of additional load of adapting base during launch is solved,and theordinary method of application for this semi-empirical formula is introduced.The researches in this paper show that the formula canexpress the change rule of additional load during launch in different boundary conditions,and the deviation of the forma in the paper isless than30%.
