摘要
航天器管路系统,其可靠性关系到整个型号的发射成败,需要对管路系统进行充分的地面环境试验考核。根据管路环境试验的需求,通过管路的常温振动环境试验技术、高温振动环境试验技术、低温振动环境试验技术等对航天器各类管路进行充分的地面试验。考核试验中,管路的地面环境与在航天器上的工作环境基本一致。通过一系列管路地面试验的考核,为检查型号设计、工艺缺陷提供方法,保证型号成功发射。
It is important to carry out full ground environment tests for pipeline system.According to the tests’requirement,thenormal temperature vibration,thermal-vibration and cryogenic-vibration environment test technology are developed to achieve allkinds of pipeline tests.The environment of the pipeline’s ground test is basically the same as that of the spacecraft.Through theevaluation of a series of pipeline ground test,it exposes the design and process defects,and contributes to the successful launch.
