文章以提高政府部门办公效率为研究目的,阐述了效能监管在政务办公中的必要性,并以济南市国土资源政务办公信息化为例,从业务办理时限制定原则、效能监管模块设计、效能预警和催督办应用等方面,对政务办公效能监管的设计及应用模式进行论述。

In order to improve the efficiency of the government office for research purpose,this paper expounds the effectiveness of regulation in the necessity of government affairs office.Jinan as an example,the design and application of government affairs office efficiency supervision mode discussed the e-government of land and resources office information from business to handle the time limit set module design,the effectiveness of early warning principles,efficiency supervision and urge supervised and application,etc.
