摘要
针对用户对2219铝合金棒材所提的较高的纵向和横向力学性能要求,通过分析化学成分、挤压工艺、试样热处理制度对该合金力学的影响,确定了2219铝合金的生产工艺。所试制的棒材性能达到了预期的目标值,满足了用户需求。
Effect of chemical composition,extrusion process and heat treatment system on mechanical property of alloy,production process of2219aluminum alloy had been determined.Its performance has reached the expected target,met the requirements of users.
