摘要
研究了2A12淬火板在气垫炉重复淬火对力学性能、铜扩散组织及晶粒度的影响,并分析了自然时效后不同冷变形量对力学性能、组织的影响。通过本轮研究,最终实现2A12T0冷作硬化板工艺由传统的片式冷压更改为卷式冷压的技术攻关。
In this paper,the effects of repeated quenching of2A12quenching plate on mechanical properties,copper diffusion structure and grain size were studied.The effects of different cold deformation on mechanical properties and microstructure were studied.Through this round of research,the traditional chip cold pressure process for2A12T0cold-hardening plate has changed to the rolltype cold pressure.
