上海市松江区642例老年跌倒骨折住院患者的临床特征

Clinical Characteristics of the 642 Fall Hospitalized Cases of Elderly Patients with Fracture in Songjiang District,Shanghai

目的了解上海市松江区642例老年跌倒骨折住院患者的临床特点,为制定伤害干预策略提供科学依据。方法应用医院信息系统2014年1月—2014年12月在松江区三家二级医院治疗的642例老年跌倒骨折患者(男性227例,女415例,年龄60~95岁)纳入本研究。分析患者性别、年龄、骨折类型、受伤时间、住院费用、住院时间等情况。结果老年女性跌倒骨折病例数为男性的1.83倍,60~70岁女性较易发生桡骨骨折,70岁以上较易发生髋部骨折,就诊的住院病例出院时,13.6%被治愈,77.3%有好转,6.7%未愈,0.5%死亡,住院伤害病例住院时间中位数为10d,住院费用中位数为25 164元。结论老年人跌倒骨折病例后果较为严重,是了解伤害情况的重要信息源。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of hospitalized injuries in Songjiang District,to retrospectivelyanalyze the characteristics of642fall cases of elderly patients(415cases of female,227cases of male,60years old to95yearsold)with fracture in Songjiang.Methods From January2014to December2014,642fall cases of elderly fracture were treatedin three Songjiang secondary hospitals,The information of all patients’sex,age,fracture site,time of injury,hospital costsand length of stay was analyzed.Results Old women had higher incidence of fractures than old men,about1.83times.Oldwomen in the age of60to70years are prone to the radius fracture.old people over70years old are prone to the hip fracture.Of the hospital discharges,13.6%were cured;77.3%were improved;6.7%remained unhealed;.05%died.The medianhospitalization stay was10days,and the median cost was25164Yuan.Conclusion The hospitalized injury cases wererelatively serious,and they could serve as resource to study the development of injuries.
