荧光钙血迹蓝钠试剂显现潜在灰尘、尿渍和血足迹 被引量:4

摘要 目的探索新型试剂荧光钙血迹蓝钠对微量灰尘、尿渍、血足迹的显现效果、适用客体范围和操作流程规范。方法使用新型试剂荧光钙血迹蓝钠,采用高压微雾雾化法分别显现常见4类8种非渗透性地板上的灰尘、尿渍和血足迹样本,并与自然光下拍照提取效果进行比较。结果 4号客体即黑色大理石上足迹样本显现后与背景反差小,自然光下难以观察到清晰的足迹;其他3类7种地板上的微量灰尘、尿渍、血足迹,显现后花纹清晰,呈亮蓝色,显现提取效果明显优于自然光下拍照提取效果。结论荧光钙血迹蓝钠试剂适用于显现常见非渗透性浅色地板上的灰尘足迹、尿渍足迹和潜血足迹。 Objective To explore the effect of Calcium-Fluorescent-Sodium-Blue Bloodstain(CFSBB)on developinglatent footprints contaminated with dust,urine and blood so as to define the suitable carrying objects and appropriate workingrequirements.Methods CFSBB,a new type of fluorescent agent,was respectively used to reveal the footprint samples thatwere stained with dust,human urine/blood on the commonly4-class’s8-type non-porous floor boards(No.1to No.8).Thelatent footprints were photographed when developed by the pulverized CFSBB so that the extraction effect can be comparedwith those photos taken under natural light.Results With the exception of No.4carrying object,a kind of black marble,unable to make the latent footprint clearly appeared due to a low background contrast,the other3-class’s7-type floor boardshave resulted in the latent footprints to be visualized with legible patterns in bright blue color no matter what the contaminantsare dust,urine or blood.The CFSBB is obviously much better of extraction effect than the direct photographing against thefootprint samples on carrying objects under natural light.Conclusion CFSBB is suitable to develop the latent footprintscontaminated with dust,urine and blood on light-colored non-porous carrying objects.
