A Preliminary Study on the Development of Guangxi Cinnamon in the Republic of China

摘要 民国时期广西肉桂种植区域集中,产量和贸易量巨大.肉桂的栽培和加工以传统经验为主,后期也出现了改良趋势.广西肉桂品质优良,以水路出口贸易为主.在贸易过程中当局比较重视质量的检验.不过,受时代的影响,肉桂的生产与发展也存在着价格不稳,经营方式粗放,政府重视不够等诸多制约因素. During the Republic of China,the cinnamon cultivation in Guangxi was very concentrated,and the yield and trade volume were very large.The cultivation and processing of cinnamon was mainly based on the traditional experience,and later there was a trend of improvement.The quality of cinnamon in Guangxi was good and the export trade was mainly by waterways.In the course of trade,the authorities paid more attention to the quality of the test.However,by the impact of the times,the production and development of cinnamon products also had many restrictive factors,such as price instability,extensive management mode and insufficient government attention.
