摘要
学术诚信危机已成为高校学报发展的制约因素。通过高校学报的特殊社会功能和价值的深入讨论及认识,客观分析了地方高校学报学术诚信现状和原因,阐述了高校学报学术诚信建设的意义和建设途径,为学报的可持续发展提供参考意见。
The academic honesty crisis has blocked the development of university journals.Through the deep discussion and knowledge of the special social function and value of university journals,this paper analysed the status and reasons of the academic credibility.It elaborates the meaning and pathways of the academic credibility establishment,aiming at providing the ideological guarantee for the sustainable development of university journals.
