摘要
目前高职院校新教师几乎都是工科院校毕业的非师范专业研究生,他们没有系统地学习过教育学、心理学和高等职业技术教育的相关课程,无法胜任教学岗位。入职新教师应从教学准备、教学实施、教学反思三个阶段着手精心设计教学环节,快速提高教学岗位能力。
At present,the new teachers in vocational colleges arealmost all non-normal graduate students who graduated from engineeringcolleges.They did not systematically study the relatedcourses of education,psychology and higher vocational and technicaleducation,making them unable to adapt to teaching.Thenew teachers should carefully design teaching links starting fromthe three stages of teaching preparation,teaching implementationand teaching reflection,so as to quickly improve their teaching ability.
