Students'demand for knowledge,the level of teachingstaff construction,the quality of teaching content selection,andthe rational use of teaching methods,jointly influence and restrictthe teaching implementation effect of"Theory and Practice of Socialismwith Chinese Characteristics".To improve the teachingeffect of ideological and political theory course for postgraduates,the key is to stimulate students'demand for knowledge,the guaranteeis to improve the level of teaching staff construction,thecarrier is to optimize teaching contents,and the effective means isto innovate teaching methods.
