摘要
应用传统教学模式过程中,中职食品生物工艺专业技能课面临着学生实验时间少、学习效率低下、基础功不扎实等问题。因此本文以校本教材《常规检测》中《水的总硬度测定》为例,探索适合本专业技能课程的翻转课堂教学模式。在概述教学背景后,本文充分分析学情、教学目标,结合课程实际,分别就课前任务、课堂活动、课后评价三个环节进行了详细探讨,最后反思了翻转课堂在本专业技能课中的运用优势及问题。
In the process of applying the traditional teachingmode,the specialized skills courses of secondary vocational foodbiotechnology specialty are faced with such problems as insufficienttime for students'experiments,low efficiency of learningand lack of a solid foundation.Therefore,taking"Determinationof Total Hardness of Water"in the school-based textbook"RoutineDetection"as an example,this paper explores the flippedclassroom teaching mode suitable for the specialized skills coursesof the specialty.After summarizing the teaching background,this paper fully analyzes the situation of learning and teachingobjectives,and makes an in-depth exploration on pre-classtasks,classroom activities and after-school evaluation combinedwith the actual curriculum,and finally reflects the advantagesand problems of flipped classroom in the specialized skills courses of the specialty.
