在长期的教育改革过程中,高职院校也实现了较大的教学发展。在高职院校的管理工作当中,行政管理自身所具有的组织与决策作用,能够直接为学校的科研与教学提供服务。从本质上来讲,行政管理水平是高职院校办学水平的一个重要的衡量标准,其能够对学校的办学效益起到最直接的影响作用。在新的社会时期,随着全国教改的广泛开展,高职院校也面临了新的行政管理要求。因此,本文就针对新时期高职院校基层行政管理工作效能进行简单分析,以供参考。

In the long process of education reform,higher vocationalcolleges have achieved great teaching development.In themanagement of higher vocational colleges,administration plays arole of organization and decision-making,and directly servesscientific research and teaching.In essence,the level of administrationis an important measure of the level of running higher vocationalcolleges,as it exerts the most direct impact onschool-running efficiency.In the new social period,with the extensivedevelopment of the national teaching reform,higher vocationalcolleges are also facing new administrative requirements.Therefore,this paper briefly analyzes the effectiveness ofgrass-roots administration in higher vocational colleges in thenew period.
