摘要
人际交往能力是高职生职业核心能力之一,培养人际交往能力是高职人才培养目标之一。传统的心理健康教育课程教学存在着:课程内容相近,没有创新性;课程重理论,轻实践;课程脱离学生的实际需求的等问题,严重影响了高职人才的培养,将心理行为训练引入课程教学,通过做中学,学中做,达到培养高职生的人际交往能力的目的,且用实验的方法对教学效果进行评价,实验数据分析结果显示:是否参加过人际交往能力训练课程存在的显著差异,说明心理行为训练课程教学效果显著。
Interpersonal communication ability is one of the corecompetencies of higher vocational students,and the cultivation ofinterpersonal skills is one of the goals of higher vocational education.Some problems exist in the traditional mental health educationcurriculum teaching:the curriculum contents are similar andnot innovative;too much emphasis is laid on theory and practiceis ignored;the curriculum cannot meet students'actual needs.These problems seriously affect the talent training of higher vocationaleducation.Therefore,we introduced psychological behaviortraining into the curriculum,aiming to realize teaching by doingand learning by doing,and achieve the training of higher vocationalstudents'interpersonal communication ability.The teachingeffect was evaluated by experimental methods,and the resultsof experimental data analysis showed that there was significantdifference in whether to participate in the training course of interpersonalskills,indicating that the teaching effect of psychologicalbehavior training is significant.
